Delivery Terms

We ship to every region of Kazakhstan. Below you will find complete information about delivery methods, lead-times and costs.

1. Delivery methods

Method Details
Courier delivery within major cities (e.g. Almaty, Astana, etc.) Orders are brought to the address you specify, any calendar day from 10:00 to 21:00.
Nationwide delivery via partner carriers We ship with our logistics partner Teez Post. Transit time and cost are calculated automatically at checkout.
Pick-up (self-collection) Collect your order in person at our pick-up point: Astana, Asfendiyarov St. 5, Office 423.

2. Delivery lead-times

  • Free delivery when you order three or more serums.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number; use it on the carrier’s website to follow the shipment status.

5. Additional conditions

  • Make sure all address and contact details are correct when placing the order.

  • If delivery fails due to customer reasons (incorrect address, recipient absent, etc.), any repeat delivery is billed separately.
